Story 5 - Depopulation.
page 25

Our lady speaker went on to say that this aggressive mounting up of evil was itself but another beginning for bigger things to come on the depopulation front. She said that this grinding down towards evermore potent forms of depopulation set up the stage for the policy atmosphere in which the National Security Advisor of the United States prepared his infamous National Security Study Memorandum 200 document, that defined Third World population growth as a threat to U.S. future access to raw materials, and therefore a threat to U.S. national security. She said that the document lists 13 developing nations that were recommended as depopulation targets for the U.S. government. She also told us that on this basis the policy for selective depopulation by overt means was formally adopted, apparently during the following year when it became an official element of US foreign policy. The national security advisor, however, warned at this time that the real reason for the depopulation policy, the imperial reason behind the U.S. population reduction efforts around the world, should be kept strictly concealed.
Our lady speaker reminded us that AIDS emerged five years after this policy commitment was implemented. She also pointed out that AIDS ended up devastating the population of Africa more than that of any other country on earth, all in total accord with the requirements laid out in that document. She suggested, however, that although the massive outbreak of AIDS in Africa matched the geographic depopulation objectives outlined in the National Security Study Memorandum, there exists no evidence to prove the existence of such a linkage. She found it odd, however, that HIV-1 and HIV-2 infections have been observed in the human population for decades prior to the outbreak, although in extremely rare cases that were traced to a chimpanzee virus in Central Africa, and a virus of the sooty mangabey monkey of West Africa. She said that many people suggested that these natural occurrences could have been artificially enhanced for depopulation purposes, for which again, no real evidence exists. She said, however, that the development of a deadly pandemic can also be achieved by much more simple means, by simply imposing harsh poverty on the economic front so that the weakened population in Africa would become a natural breeding ground for the viruses that may have lingered for centuries in the background in animal and human cultures. She told us that a similar thing happened at the end of World War I when the 1918 flu epidemic killed an estimated 20 to 50 million people world wide in the space of a few months. Here too, an animal virus had become a human virus during times of economic destruction and gross deprivations.
Our speaker from India told us that AIDS related deaths have already exceeded the five million level, which could soon become fifty million and then supersede the death toll of the 1918 flu epidemic and continue to expand beyond that, exponentially. "Therefore it doesn't really matter," she said, "how AIDS was brought into being. It is more important to keep in mind the political environment in which it was created, because in this regard the depopulation ideology comes into play again, which evidently lies at the root of it."
Our speaker told us that the idea of enforcing human depopulation became widely accepted from the mid 1970s on. She said that on June 3rd 1975, for instance, the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee had been requested to give no foreign aid whatsoever to preserve human lives. The obvious intent behind a policy request that denies aid in life threatening situations, is to murder human beings by default. She said that this single policy request, all by itself, which was probably implemented, may have cost the lives of millions of people around the world. "In this context AIDS should be seen as nothing more than just another way-mark on the depopulation highway," said the woman.
Our speaker called the callous attitude towards human life, that is clearly responsible for the AIDS outbreak, "murderous insanity." She said, however, that this too, only marks still just another beginning out of which something even darker emerged. She said that while AIDS had just begun to spread out of Africa into every nation of the world, the depopulation goal became prominently, officially, and forcefully placed onto the public agenda. "This occurred in July 1980," she said, "with the release of the genocidal Global 2000 report by the Jimmy Carter administration of the U.S.A.. The Global 2000 report was deployed as the official framework for demanding a global population reduction of two billion people, or 40% of humanity, by the year 2000." Our speaker from India pointed out that while the report had no credible scientific foundation, it became the chief governmental platform for launching the massive deindustrialization campaigns that went a long way towards destroying the physical foundation of the economies of nations throughout the 1980s.
